Terms of Use

1. About these terms

This site is run by Ayomide Hakeem, who runs The Creator Protocol mentorship ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of this site, the application, the admissions call and our text reminders. By using the site or applying, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, and our Earnings Disclaimer explains the results shown on this site. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the site.

2. Who can apply

You must be at least 18 to apply for or join the mentorship. The free resources we link to are for everyone, but services like Discord set their own minimum age. This site isn't meant for children under 13.

3. Applying

• Give us true, current answers. We may turn down or cancel an application that isn't.
• Your answers decide what you see next. The site sends some applicants to book a call, some to our waitlist and others to our free resources, based on things like your age, whether you've done paid brand deals, what you could invest and whether a payment plan would work. Your answers are recorded once, and the decision is final.
• Applying doesn't guarantee a call, a place in the mentorship, or any outcome. We can choose who to accept.
• You can apply again later if your situation changes.

4. The admissions call

The call is free. Booking it doesn't commit you to buy anything, and you can say no at the end. Booking links are private to you; please don't share them. If you can't make it, use the reschedule link in your confirmation email so the slot can go to someone else.

5. Joining the mentorship

If we're a fit and you decide to join, you'll get a separate membership agreement that sets out the price, what's included, payment terms and the refund policy. That agreement governs your membership. If it conflicts with these terms, the membership agreement wins.

Payment plans, for example through Klarna or a similar provider, are credit from that provider. They have their own terms, approval and fees, and you owe the provider whatever happens with your results.

6. No guarantee of results

We teach skills and systems and give feedback. We don't promise or guarantee any income, brand deals, campaigns, views or followers. Results shown on this site are from individual creators and aren't typical. Your results depend on your effort, skill, niche, the platforms and the market, and you may earn nothing. Details are in the Earnings Disclaimer.

Nothing on this site or in the mentorship is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Talk to a qualified professional about taxes on creator income, contracts and setting up a business.

7. Brand campaigns

Membership includes access to paid brand campaigns Ayomide runs or manages, when they're available. Campaigns depend on what brands want and are willing to pay for. We don't guarantee how many campaigns there will be, that you'll be picked for one, or what any campaign pays. Each campaign's own terms set the pay and the content rules.

When you create for a brand you work as an independent creator, not our employee. You're responsible for your own taxes and for following each brand's and platform's rules, including disclosing paid partnerships in your posts.

8. Text messages

Program: The Creator Protocol application updates and call reminders. If you tick the box on the application, we (or Calendly or another provider on our behalf) send recurring automated texts to the number you gave us about your application and your admissions call. Ticking the box is optional and isn't a condition of applying or of any purchase.

• How often: message frequency varies, usually a few messages around your application and call.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stop: reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT) at any time to stop all texts, or tell us any other reasonable way, such as by emailing us. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out.
• Help: reply HELP, or email us.
• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We don't share your mobile number or text opt-in with anyone for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Your content

Videos, portfolio links and anything else you send us stay yours. You let us view them to review your application and prepare for your call. We won't post your content, name or results publicly unless you give us written permission.

10. Our content

The videos, text, templates and other material on this site and in the mentorship belong to us or the people who made them. You can use them for your own learning. Don't copy, resell or republish them, or share paid material outside the mentorship, without our written permission.

11. The free Discord

Our free community runs on Discord, so Discord's terms and policies apply there too. Be respectful: no harassment, spam, scams or selling to other members without permission. We can remove anyone from the community or the mentorship for breaking these rules.

12. Other services we link to

We use and link to services we don't control, including Calendly for booking, Discord and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for them.

13. No warranties

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied, including that it'll always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

14. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or income, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim about this site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. This section doesn't limit any rights you have under your membership agreement or that the law doesn't let us limit.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
